Stephen Walmsley
Stephen has over 30 years’ experience advising ASX 100 Boards across a broad range of legal, governance, leadership, succession, executive remuneration and corporate communications issues.
With a background in law and accounting, Stephen has an unrivalled understanding of the governance, remuneration and Board level practices of many of Australia’s top ASX listed companies. His strength is understanding where remuneration and corporate strategy should intersect and working constructively with Boards to generate stakeholder ‘buy in’, both internally and externally, particularly where significant change is proposed.
Clients value Stephen’s candour and opinion. He is not afraid to be bold in his thinking or “tell it like it is” and has a reputation for providing straight answers.

Megan Wee
Megan has over 7 years' experience in the remuneration advisory space, working with a range of ASX150 companies, in both global and boutique firms.
Her areas of focus are remuneration framework design, remuneration report drafting, benchmarking/quantum modelling and keeping abreast of market trends in Australia and abroad.
Working collaboratively with Board Directors and management, she aims to provide fit-for-purpose solutions which consider, but are not constrained by market practice. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
In her free time, Megan is a fan of the tennis, enjoys trying the local foods of any new place and has an interest in linguistics.

Azhar Ul Islam Ghani
As a highly experienced senior consultant with a strong track record of collaborating with numerous ASX 150 clients, Azhar brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With a background in Economics and Finance, Azhar possesses a nuanced understanding of market dynamics and financial principles, enabling insightful analysis and strategic decision-making.
Azhar specialises in executive incentive design plans, leveraging his deep knowledge to craft tailored solutions that align with client objectives and drive performance. Proficient in modelling incentive plan designs across a spectrum of performance metrics, Azhar excels in developing comprehensive strategies that optimize outcomes and mitigate risks. Moreover, Azhar maintains a proactive approach to market trends, staying abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes. This proactive stance enables him to provide clients with forward-thinking guidance, ensuring they remain competitive and adaptable in rapidly evolving environments.

Justin Louey
Justin possesses a prior commerce background, specialising in financial analysis and management while maintaining a keen eye for legal practice. He works across the many fields of our remuneration practice, such as incentive plan design and benchmarking, while keeping a finger on the pulse of global industry and market trends to assist our clients in finding innovative solutions to their business questions.
In his free time, you will find him out on the tennis court, exploring new restaurants around Melbourne, or watching a new film.

Julia Patterson
Julia has a background in Commerce focusing on Marketing Science and Economics, having worked in both fields previously. She works across the broad spectrum of the remuneration practice assisting clients to reach their desired outcome.
In my spare time I enjoy running, cooking, experiencing new restaurants around Melbourne and Skiing in the Winter.

Samuel Moss
Samuel is the newest addition to SW Corporate. He has a background in finance and management through a Bachelor of Commerce and undertook an internship where he acquired experience in consulting. Samuel looks forward to advising our clients with fresh ideas while working across SW Corporate’s practice areas. He continuously follows market trends in Australia and abroad to ensure that clients receive valuable and insightful guidance.
Prior to beginning his university education, Samuel grew up in Thailand where he enjoyed playing and competing in various sports. In his downtime, he likes to catch up with friends on the weekend, have a round of golf, and occasionally pick up a book to read.
